Infants and Toddlers experience God’s love through the nurturing of our Children Ministry Team in a fun and safe environment. The Toddlers listen to short Bible stories, and interact with their peers in a colorful play atmosphere.God created us all for intimate relationship with him. As we personally seek God through resources and spiritual practices, we train our whole selves to live in the way of Jesus.

Kid's Ministry

It is our goal to see that every child is encouraged in their walk with Christ, both in and out of the Church. Through meaningful relationships with their peers and volunteers, children will not only be taught the love of Christ, but it will be demonstrated to them in everything we do. We plan to meet the needs of the families attending NB1CN, as well as families in the community. As we continue to grow and develop, it is our goal to see children’s relationships with the Lord strengthen, and to see their lives reflect a personal relationship with God.

The Teen Ministry

nyi 3.png

The Teen Ministry is an exciting ministry for young people in the 7th through 12th grades. We encourage teenagers to reach all the potential God has given them and to live their lives with faith in Christ and a genuine concern for others. Our Teens compete to earn points through individual disciples as well as team competitions throughout the year. We provide a positive peer group to support, encourage, and pray for each other.  Come join us upstairs (above the fellowship hall) on Sunday nights at 6:00pm.

Our Teen ministry offers a full calendar of fun events throughout the year. The friends teens make through these events often last a lifetime.

We want to encourage you to check out one of our Small Groups or Bible Studies.

Here are four great reasons why you should join a Small Group:

  • Bible study will help you grow in your faith.                 (Psalm 119:11; 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

  • Prayer from others helps you get through the tough time.                                                       (Philippians 4:6; 1 John 5:14-15)

  • You’ll meet new friends that will encourage you.       (Proverbs 27:17)

  • You’ll have fun with other people going through the same things you are.                           (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10)
